Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Delivery Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders outside standard service areas (Asia and certain remote regions excluded).
Our Hassle-Free Return Policy
We stand behind every grill that leaves our warehouse, but understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Our 15-day return window gives you ample time to inspect your purchase.
3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
- Subject: “Return Request for Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund/exchange)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) using original packaging with all accessories included. For U.S. returns, use our provided label. International customers must arrange their own return shipping.

Refund Details
After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after approval
- Method: Funds returned to original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error
Exchange Policy
Want a different grill model or accessory? We happily process exchanges for items of equal or greater value:
- Process identical to returns
- Customer responsible for any price difference
- New shipping fees apply for replacement items
- Exchanges typically ship within 2 business days after we receive your return
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Grill Covers (once removed from packaging)
- Charcoal & Wood products (combustible materials)
- Any item showing signs of use or assembly
International Returns & Special Cases
For customers outside standard service areas:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties/taxes
- Refunds exclude original international shipping fees
- Processing may take additional time due to customs clearance
Damaged/Defective Items: If your grill arrives damaged (a rare occurrence given our quality standards), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or repair.
